(For the second semester of the 2010/2011 school year)
Rules concerning the Contract
We only sign the contract for at least one semester
We can only accept reservations for the whole semester, which means that the end of the contract can only be May 31 or later
The reservations are charged from January irrespectively of the date of arrival
The reservations are valid from January 1, and the students have to pay for the room starting January 1 even
if they arrive later
Rules concerning the payments
The rent must be paid for the whole semester in advance
To make the reservation valid, every student has to pay the deposit and the rent for the semester in advance
Those students, who have spent a whole school year at the hostel, can pay the rent for the semester on monthly basis,
keeping the appropriate deadlines of payment
The deposit is 475 EUR
The deposit is 475 EUR for all students uniformly, which is paid back at the end of the contract, when the
student moves out, after deducting the current debts
Terminating the contract before its date of expiry means that the security deposit is handled as reservation
deposit, which in this case is not refundable, on the basis that the reserved apartment cannot be realized
during the school term
The nights extending the monthly contract period are charged with the daily price
The monthly contract prices correspond to the calendar months and cannot be divided, thus the nights before and
after the monthly contract period are charged with the daily price
The deadline of payment is always the last week of the previous month
During the last week of every month, the students have to pay the phone charges of the actual month and the charges
of services for the next month (rent, etc.)
Two or three room apartments can only be taken as whole apartments
When two or three students share an apartment the price for all the rooms need to be paid even when only one student
remains in the apartment
